Scope of contract

Only the following general terms and conditions apply for the business connection between "Firenze-Armband.de - Froundjian" and the customer. All regulations to the contrary or differing conditions of these terms are not accepted by "Firenze-Armband.de - Froundjian" and will be strictly objected. Regulations to the contrary of the customer are only valid, when written accepted by "Firenze-Armband.de - Froundjian".

After clicking the "Place Your Order" button you accept a binding agreement of all products in your shopping cart. We will send you a confirmation e-mail message after shipping your order. The contract of purchase is accomplished after our confirmation or after order delivery.

The contract of purchase is saved. You have access to view this page any time you wish. Your personal order can be instantly retrieved by clicking "My Account".

Delivery time

Please learn more about the estimated shipping time in our product description. If no detailed informations are available, our estimated shipping time are 30 business days according to incoming payment. Specific delivery dates can be arranged!

Partial shipments

"Firenze-Armband.de - Froundjian" is legitimated of partial shipment as far as it reasonable for the customer. Additional shipping rates do only apply if stated explicitly.

Right of withdrawal

If you are acting as consumer (in terms of § 13 BGB*) you may withdraw your order within 14 days after receipt of the goods. This period starts after receipt of an detailed withdrawal notification. You may withdraw without reasons in written form (e.g., letter, fax, or email) or by returning the ordered goods at our risk. A timely return of your withdrawal notification or the products is sufficient. Please use the following address:

Consequences of order cancellation

In the case of effective withdrawal, receipted products and services, if applicable also compensation fees (e.g. accumulated interest) have to be refunded by both partners. All receipted products and services which cannot be returned completely or just partially or only in bad order, have to be compensated by the customer. These rules do not apply, if the reason for the poor quality of our product can exclusively traced back to there quality inspection, as accomplishable at our office. Any compensation can be avoided, if the value and quality of the receipted product is not affected. Please return products ready for shipment preferably in their original packaging. We bear and pay the return for all orders exceeding EUR 40,-. For returning orders less than EUR 40,- postage must be paid by the customer. Please attach necessary postage! Your expenses will be refunded after receiving your return. Products not ready for shipment will be picked up.

Products excluded from return:

- The right of withdrawal shall not apply for products which have been specifically made to the customer's specifications or such goods as are unsuitable for return due to their condition.

- unsealed audiorecords, videotaping or software

- newspapers, journals or magazines

Guarantee

Guarantee applies according legal regulations, if quality defects appear products will be initially replaced or repaired. If the repair fails or the replacement is also insufficient, the products can be returned and we will refund the full purchase price or you keep the products and lower the original price. Please see attached manufacturer information if further guarantee regulations apply.

Retention of title

The goods remain the supplier’s property until complete payment is accomplished.

Court of jurisdiction

The court of jurisdiction for all litigations resulting of this contract is Berlin, unless the customer is consumer.

Data Protection

We may use your data exclusively for the proper handling of your order. All customer data is stored and processed regarding to the regulations by German law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, Teledienstdatenschutzgesetz).

You have the right of free information, correction, suspension and deletion to your personal records held by us. Please send such an request by mail or by fax!

We may not share your personal information, including your home address and your e-mail address with other third party organisations, except to those service providers under contract who help with our business operations (e.g. our delivery service or the credit institution dealing with the handling of payment). We assure that the usage of your personal data is limited and dealt with necessary precaution.
